Giorgio’s new cuisine is a combination of technique and traditions of worlds which have not yet disappeared, of peasar traditions where one loves the earth and everything it produces. The special prosciutti (cured meats) from Tuscan, and pecorino cheese of rural Italy, combined with a cuisine unique in the pairing of its ingredients create completely new flavours and fragrances which can awaken in you long forgotten memories.
Giorgio’s offers a wine cellar holding more than 250 Italian Wines all currently in the Top Wines in Wine Spectator and of whom Giorgio knows the producers personally, combined with a variety of cold and warm dishes including vegetarian, fish, meat and homemade pastas.
